I've spent more than 33 years studying how buildings work — how they're drawn, how they're built, and why some of them endure.

Lev Design Studio is the practice I built around that obsession. I design custom homes, remodels, and residential projects across Utah — bringing the same level of attention to a 400 sq ft addition as I would to a full custom build.

My background spans formal education at DATC, SLCC, and the University of Utah, time working alongside civil engineers, production work at a house plan studio, and 25 years inside an established Utah architectural firm — where I ran the residential department and worked across custom homes and multi-family projects. That's not just time. It's the full spectrum of how residential design actually gets built.

When I'm not at the drafting table, I'm thinking about craft — what it means to do work that outlasts the project. That ethic runs through everything we produce here.
